SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN: TOYOTA @ DETROIT AUTO SHOW

TYPE OF EVENT: LIVE EVENT PRODUCTION, FACEBOOK LIVE, SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT: PHOTOS, VIDEO

TALENT: Nat Geo's Brain Games Jason Silva, Ximena Córdoba Despierta America, Harry Shum Glee, Maya Washinton - Shameless Maya, and Wesley Chan as well as two NASCAR drivers! 

For this project, we worked with Jason Silva Host of Brain Games on National Geographic, and Ximena Cordoba from Despierta America.  We created a campaign that would tease the reveal of our brand-new redesigned Camry.  We built tension by showing our influencers Jason and Ximena in an invisible car.  Then we followed this up with a multi-camera Facebook live which I co-produced at Detroit Auto Show for Facebook in January of 2017.  The multi-camera format was achieved by using the live TV quality cameras from George P. Johnson the event production company for Toyota, and subcontracted a production house who specializes in multi-cam FB Lives who managed the encoding and directing all of the cuts from a control room backstage.  I was in charge of all creative production, the photo shoot the day before (of the influencers in the invisible cars), onsite logistics and practicing with, and briefing influencers the day of, including some stage managing and cue card writing the day of. 

We had Jason and Ximena interview all of the aforementioned influencers as well as the President of Toyota, Akio Toyoda!

This is a multi-camera Facebook live I produced at LA Auto Show in December 2016.  The multi-camera format was achieved by using live TV quality cameras from George P Johnson the event production company for Toyota.  We subcontracted a production house who specializes in multi-cam FB Lives who managed the encoding and directing all of the cuts.  I was in charge of all creative production, logistics and handling influencers the day of, including a bit of impromptu stage managing and cue card writing!  We worked with Julissa Bermudez, Lopez Jenny Lopez, Sebastian Arango, and a special guest appearance by Wilmer Valderrama.  The Toyota client was so pleased they asked us to do the Detroit Auto Show as well.

Afropunk festival took place in Brooklyn, NY, at the end of August in 2016.  I produced the festival and managed influencers Choquibtown and we celebrated Afro-Latino heritage and diversity.
